Since January 1st, Alaska Airlines has had numerous flight delays and cancellations. These cancellations have led to company CEO, Ben Minicucci, to send out a video to customers apologizing for the inconveniences caused by delays and emphasizing Alaska’s plan to get back to standard operations.

By instilling a veteran in Airport Operations and Customer Services, Alaska is betting heavily that it will be able to improve upon its latest flight troubles and provide customers with the excellent customer service that Alaska is known for.

Kyle’s Tip: Make sure you check your flight in the days prior to your trip to account for any changes. As soon as you spot a change, reach out to Alaska for help. I have had the best experience using Chat instead of a phone call when reaching out to airlines for help. Just make sure you are clear in your responses of your desired outcome to get the best help.
